Live: Liis Ring

Liis Ring is a (sound) artist, musician and photographer currently living and working in Gothenburg, Sweden. She has performed as a solo artist in 12 different countries, created music and sound design for several films and theatre productions and released two full-length albums and two EPs. Two new releases are due in April and September 2023.
Her music balances between the genres of art pop, singer-songwriter and ambient where field recordings are blended with electronic and acoustic instruments. Her live sets are a mix of pre-composed and improvised material, taking the audience on a vivid journey across genres.
Liis has a BFA in music and sound production from Gothenburg University and is currently finishing another BFA in photography at the same institution.
