WIRWIR PUBLISHES

WIRWIR PUBLISHES is a small press dedicated to producing publications that both reflect the activities of WIRWIR, an artist-run, non-profit project space founded in 2021, and provide a platform for artists to share their work in a supportive, inclusive environment. Our projects include publications that document WIRWIR’s programming, and most of our publications are printed on our Risograph machine—affectionately named Miranda, an EZ301e with a single drum.
WIRWIR PUBLISHES is a collaborative, socially engaged initiative. We use printed matter not only as a way to share ideas and knowledge, but also as a tool to foster conversation, exchange, and—most importantly—coalitions among diverse communities of artists, makers, and thinkers.
