Robert Carter

Robert Carter (1987, UK) is an artist and writer from Manchester living in Oslo. Working across printmaking, self-publishing and video, he graduated from the Bergen Art Academy in 2020. Recent exhibitions include 'Daddy Issues' at Gammel Strand in Copenhagen and ‘Baked Painting’ as part of a 100-day residency with Artistes en Résidence in Clermont-Ferrand. Upcoming projects include ‘Cottagecore to the Core’, a solo show at Norske Grafikere in Oslo (Spring 2026) and 'Plastic Encounters' - a documentary made in collaboration with artist Katrina Cobain, due for release this year.
