Robert Baxter is: (1) an indie publisher of small, collaborative books on arts research and practice; (2) a public academic creating workshops, lectures, and other small forms of education; (3) a teaching technician and itinerant printshop laborer, repairing risographs and providing general support for a global network of printshops and presses.
