Kinakaal forlag

Kinakaal (Chinese cabbage), the publication project run by Northing – Centre for East Asian Art & Culture in Bergen, seeks to open up new opportunities for conversation and collaboration between East Asia and Norway through books and art publications. With a special focus on book design, Kinakaal aims to facilitate direct contact and cooperation between East Asian and Norwegian artists and designers through book and design projects. Kinakaal has won the Most Beautiful Norwegian Books of the Year competition four times and has received or nominated to multiple international design awards.
